Hello

My name is Chris McDonough. I've lived in Mount Vernon since 2012. 

I love Mount Vernon. It is rich with diversity and complex social, economic, political, educational, and land use issues. My wife and I love gardening, and we love to have small backyard gatherings with friends and family. We love animals. We have a dog, Barley, and four cats, Dumpling, Gus, Patrick, and Stanley. All Mount Vernon Natives.

In addition to animals, gardening, and puttering around the house, I'm an amateur woodworker and golfer.
